Grilled Teriyaki Steak Makes: 4 servings 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce 1/2 fluid ounce (1 Tablespoon) dry white wine 1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar 1 teaspoon honey 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 10 ounces lean boneless beef sirloin steak --- or favorite steak Brush or wipe GFG with cooking oil and preheat. In small bowl, combine soy sauce, wine, vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper; brush beef on both sides with some of the soy sauce mixture. Place steak in the grill and cook 6-8 minutes --- brushing once or twice with remaining soy mixture. Turn over if desired. Cook until cooked through.
